Welcome to my New Design
It’s been a long time coming - but NewspaperGirl has a custom Wordpress theme I wanted a cleaner,
updated look and a logo
I got a new headshot, thanks to Justin Hackworth, a destination wedding photographer who shot my wedding here on location in Utah (ha ha ha). I also found THE Wall Street Journal hedcut pro Kevin Sprouls to do a pen and ink drawing in true newspaper style.
I like the more natural, authentic look. In the beginning I was trying to get a certain look and maintain a certain distance. I was just starting out and I didn’t really get that social media is about putting yourself out there.
I’m still finishing the last details but let me know what you think so far…

Love the new look. Clean and sleek, easy to read.
Also, I feel totally dumb, when you left the retreat and I said goodbye, I called you Jannette, duh as soon as I said it I knew it was wrong. So sorry! I do know your name and I’m so glad to have met you. Keep up the good work!

PS this comment box runs under the column on the side a bit. Can’t see a couple characters when you type. Just so you know, I know all about website quirks.

That WSJ headshot drawing is right now, at this very moment, the coolest thing in the world. Especially for a finance geek like me who grew up reading the WSJ.

I haven’t checked in on your website in quite a while, but I must say that your new custom theme really fits the bill - not only is it clean and professional, but it’s unique and suits you (at least what I know of you). Congratulations on getting it up!
