		<description>It&#039;s true that blogs get crawled very often if you place new content on a regular (daily?)base but less than 1h...that&#039;s really fast.

Most of us do preach the &#039;do-the-blog-thing&#039; but when I look around I see that it&#039;s very hard for most people to keep up with a blog, especially if they need to post something on a regular base. Most of them also don’t see the value of a blog.
