I experimented a little while back with local rankings, and with just changing my title tags I was able to rank #1 in Google for Utah SEO, Utah Internet Marketing, and Utah Entrepreneur. They didn't send much traffic, but is was fun to tell people I had the number #1 ranking for a few weeks.
